The Pexip Service Certified Technical Champion training dives into the details of the Pexip Service to increase your overall understanding of the architecture.

There will be particular focus on technical problem-solving, using real cases from the field which will enable you to provide the best possible video experience for your customers.

In addition, students will:

  • Earn their Pexip Service Technical Champion certification
  • Become the Pexip Service technical expert within their organization
  • Share your input and get your questions answered
  • Gain insight into new and upcoming product features
  • Exchange experiences with other Pexip partners
  • Meet many members of the Pexip team and have some fun


The Technical Champion training has a strong focus on troubleshooting and technical analysis, and to ensure the time spent with us is as successful and valuable as possible, the participants should:

  • Have some familiarity with SIP/H.323 call flows
  • Have access to the Pexip Portal and Analytics tools, and know how to navigate in these. (If you don't have access, let us know and we'll set you up!)
  • Be familiar with Videoconferencing / Collaboration systems and solutions, or some network engineering expertise in this area

  • Perform low-level troubleshooting of advanced technical issues specific to the Pexip Service
  • Describe the Pexip's Service architecture at a detailed level
  • Describe the different Pexip licenses, products and solutions
  • Describe the support processes, SLAs and escalation management available for partners
  • Understand and be confident in managing the different technical support tools available for partners
  • Identify the various devices supported by the Service, any limitations or specific features
  • Demonstrate product use and administrator tasks
  • Provide training sessions to own support / helpdesk teams and end-users
