Primarily I focused on call control/bridging and integration products. I was a previous speaker at Cisco Live on CUCM/VCS integration as well as firewall traversal.
Deep interest in Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams integrations - and big fan of deep-diving into various scenarios on a whiteboard.

I have been in IT for over 25 years; starting out with Routing and Switching, Data Centre and Campus network design, then moved onto voice and Unified Communications (CUCM, etc.). and now UC/video for the last 15+ years or so. I was previously with Dimension Data in a UC Technical Consultant role for just over 20 years. Last. but certainly not least, I am now at Pexip in the role of Solution Architect and Technical Support for the Australia and New Zealand region, working with a phenomenal team and product.

I have been in IT for 25 years now, getting more specialized into things-video since 2004. I started teaching what I know in 2008 while working for Polycom, and find the difference between what I thought was "well-explained" and how you view the same material fascinating!
I have an IT and Network administration background and been working in support for the last 5 years.
I was hired as s a support engineer for Pexip for the EMEA region and have been working with Pexip since March 2019.
My main task is to achieve Partner's and customer's desired outcomes while using our product and service and address customer questions and concerns regarding the Pexip service.
As a support engineer, we can be responsible for installing and configuring hardware, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
Twenty years ago, I started my professional career as a Network Engineer; from Support to Architecture through Deployment, I mainly worked on Cisco products as a CCIE at major gold partners. Since 2005, I moved forward to Unified Communications technologies including IP telephony, videoconferencing systems and collaboration tools with Cisco/Tandberg and Microsoft solutions.
Based in France as a solution architect for the Europe region, I'm now enjoying each day as part of the Pexip team and working with this great product to meet and exceed customer expectations.
